ARROZ PILAW

Arroz pilaf o turco

INGREDIENTES:

1 taza de arroz
2 tazas de caldo de pollo (*)
½ cebolla cortada daditos
1 diente de ajo picadito
1 ají dulce sin semillas picadito muy fino
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen

(*) Puedes disolver un cubito en dos tazas de agua.

Sofreír el ají, ajo y la cebolla con el aceite la olla.

Cuando la cebolla esté transparente añadir el arroz, remover unos instantes y agregar el caldo.

Rectificar la sal y dejar cocinar hasta que esté listo y quede seco Agregar agua si es que hace falta).

Nota) este arroz, rápido y fácil de hacer es un excelente acompañante de aves y carnes, combinando bien con muchos platos.
