PUDIN DE ARROZ ORIHANA

INGREDIENTES:

  • 1 taza de arroz
  • ½ taza de azucar
  • 6 huevos
  • ½ taza de uvas pasas
  • 3 tazas de leche
  • x canela al gusto

PREPARACION:

Cocinar el arroz en la leche con la canela y el azucar hasta que ablande, separar los amarillos de huevo, batir a nieve las clarasbatir los amarillos con el azucar y canela, al arroz se le agregan las yemas, se mezcla se agregan las claras y las uvas pasas en forma envolvente, se enmantequilla y se le pone pan rallado a un molde, se mete al horno a 350º hasta introducir el espaguetti crudo y que salga limpio… se espolvorea con canela al servir.
